You’re probably aware of our role in the rail industry. We’re responsible for maintaining and upgrading the rail infrastructure – from the track itself to bridges, tunnels and viaducts – and delivering a railway that meets the needs of a modern society.

That’s a task which calls for a more diverse range of graduates than ever. Of course, we still take on talented electrical, mechanical & civil engineers, but we also offer schemes in general management, commercial property, commercial management and finance, for which any degree discipline is acceptable.

And regardless of the role they play, all graduates can expect to impact the lives of millions of people – and enjoy the scope for long-term career development that comes from being part of large, constantly evolving, high-profile organisation.
